Michael A. Policastro, Esq.

Attorney Michael A. Policastro has been an institution in Central New Jersey for decades, having succeeded in every venture he has attempted. Before becoming a renowned attorney, Mr. Policastro was a successful businessman, founding Sound Express Inc. in his teens, an entertainment business in his early twenties, and a chain of eight restaurants by the time he was thirty. Rather than retire, Mr. Policastro, already a graduate of Rutgers University where he was a four-year letter winning division I scholar athlete, he enrolled in and graduated from law school at Rutgers-Camden. He then founded the Law Office of Michael A. Policastro & Associates, which soon exploded into one of the most prolific law offices in the state.

Few attorneys are as consistently sought after as Mr. Policastro. The reason is simple. While other attorneys hunt for clients, Mr. Policastro hunts for justice. When he gets a file, he’s not thinking of the quickest way to dispose of the case and get his money. He’s thinking of the best way to get his client the best result, regardless of the time it takes or cost. His clients know this, and it has been his guiding philosophy since day one. If you’re reading this website it’s likely because you have a matter that requires legal representation. Keep in mind that law is not something that can be undone easily. Whether it’s a criminal, family, juvenile, or civil case, it is important that you retain the best representation from the beginning, because once the ink is dry on a judgment it becomes very difficult to modify it. So if you find yourself in need of an attorney, it’s best to contact us immediately.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. Please feel free to explore our website and see how Michael A. Policastro can help you with your legal needs. And remember: To other attorneys, law is a business. To Mr. Policastro, it’s a mission.
